Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026.
This policy explains what html-to-pdf.app collects when you read the site, why, and what you can do about it. The site is an independent reference guide about converting HTML to PDF. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the vendors, tools, or services described on it, and it does not convert or receive your files.
What we do not collect
We do not run a converter. Nothing you type, upload, or open in a tool named on this site ever passes through our servers. We have no user accounts, no logins, no comment forms, and no newsletter, so we do not hold names, passwords, or contact lists.
What is collected automatically
Like any website, ours is served by a web server that writes standard access logs: IP address, browser user agent, requested address, referring page, and timestamp. These logs exist to keep the site running and to detect abuse.
We also use third-party analytics — Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica — to understand which pages are read and which search queries lead here. These services set their own cookies and receive a pseudonymous identifier, your approximate location derived from IP address, and information about your device and browser. We see aggregate reports, not individuals. Their handling of the data is governed by their own policies: Google’s privacy policy and Yandex’s privacy policy.
Cookies
The cookies on this site come from the analytics services described above and from the site’s own technical needs, such as remembering that a page has been served from cache. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site remains fully readable without them.
Outbound links
Pages here link to vendor documentation, pricing pages, and open-source projects. Once you follow such a link you are on someone else’s site, under their privacy policy, and we have no control over what they collect.
Retention and your rights
Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then discarded. Analytics data is retained according to each provider’s default retention window. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you rights over your data — access, correction, deletion, objection — write to us and we will act on the request to the extent the data is identifiable at all.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
